CAMELLA Pili is suitably located at Brygy. Palestina, Pili, Camarines Sur. This location is ideal and strategic. Almost all major thoroughfares are easily accessible and transport is readily available. 

If you are commuting from Legazpi City, ride a bus or FX to Naga City through Maharlika Highway then alight at the CAMELLA CamSur gate. It’s just that easy and simple. 

However, if you are coming from Camarines Norte – you may ride a bus or FX to Naga but drop off at the Bus Terminal of the city’s commercial business district. Then, take a jeepney with the Del Rosario route and alight directly at CAMELLA CamSur. This jeepney ride is approximately 10-15 minutes only. See, what a short journey it is. 

If you are traveling privately, take the road going to Maharlika Highway where CAMELLA CamSur is located.  It is a mere 3 minutes away from the Welcome Sign of Naga City and can be seen from the right portion of the main road. 

The Bicolanos will be pleased to know that there are several good schools a few minutes away from the neighborhood. A good education spells an equally good foundation for the future. Some schools include: Ateneo de Naga University, University of Nueva Caceres, Universidad de Sta. Isabel, Naga College Foundation, STI Colleges, St. Joseph School, Naga City Science High School and Naga Hope Christian School. 

Some places of worship that’s for comfort, solace and thanksgiving – you can go to Our Lady of Penafrancia Basilica, Naga Metropolitan Cathedral and San Francisco Church. Surely, Bicolanos are predominantly Catholic and religious in nature so having a nearby church where they live is an added plus.  

For hospital and some medical needs -  the locals need not worry if there’s an emergency as there is a good availability of reliable medical institutions, such as: Bicol Medical Center, NICC Doctors Hospital, Plaza Medical and Naga City Hospital. 

Retail therapy will be just as exciting once you live in this property. Popular malls like SM City Naga, Elizabeth Mall and Metro Mall Naga are within a short distance away. Other shopping places include the Liberty Commercial Center and Puregold.
